A turnkey SMT line is a complete, ready-to-run assembly line delivered by the provider. It includes all necessary machinery (solder paste printer, pick-and-place, reflow oven, AOI/SPI, conveyors, etc.) plus peripheral equipment and infrastructure. The provider handles everything – from layout and equipment selection to installation and testing – so the line is “plug-and-play”.

Our “0-to-1” service means taking you from project conception (no production line) to full operation. We start with consulting and layout design, select all machines, set up and optimize the line, train your operators, and provide documentation. In short, we manage every stage of the build, delivering a fully integrated factory line.

For example, industry leaders include Panasonic, Hanwha (Samsung), FUJI, Yamaha, and JUKI , and we can supply these (both new and refurbished). A mixed (or “mixed technology”) SMT line is designed for high flexibility. It typically uses modular equipment (such as dual-lane or multi-head pick-and-place machines) and interchangeable processes to handle a variety of products on one line. This is common for high-mix, low-volume manufacturing (small runs of many different boards) . Such a line allows quick changeovers and can even assemble two different products simultaneously, maximizing utilization.

For mass production, we design low mix, high-volume lines (like those used for smartphones or LED panels) with fast machines and inline inspection. In both cases, the line is sized and automated for your expected order quantities.
